Go Native – English Language Coaching provides English lessons, coaching, and digital learning. The controller is Paul Martin.

  • Lesson Transcripts: for subscribers to Go Native Live


  • Payment Data: via Stripe (we never store card details)


  • Usage Data: IP, device, browser, site analytics


  • Form Data: via Tally


  • Booking Data: via Calendly


  • Course Data: via LearnWorlds




4. Children’s Data


We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without parental/guardian consent. Parents may access or request deletion at any time.

6. Use of AI Tools (Go Native Live Subscribers Only)


If you subscribe to Go Native Live, your lesson transcripts may be used with AI tools to generate reports, feedback, or analysis:


  • Google Gemini – By default, full lesson transcripts (including names and content) are processed. You can opt out at any time by contacting data@go-native.pl. If opted out, transcripts will not be submitted to Gemini.


  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) – Only anonymised excerpts are used. Identifiers are removed before processing.


7. International Transfers


Some providers (Google, OpenAI, Stripe) process data outside the UK/EU. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and similar safeguards. Where possible, data is minimised or anonymised.

11. Transcript Deletion (Go Native Live)


If you ask us to delete transcripts:




  • We will manually delete stored transcripts from Google Docs/Drive

  • Any related AI reports will be deleted

  • Gemini data already processed cannot be retrieved, but we will exclude you from all future submissions
